Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential premium retail client in München, and we're seeking a Sales Assistant on a Werkstudent basis for their Rosental location.

In this role, you will:

• Serve as a brand ambassador, engaging customers with exceptional product knowledge and storytelling
• Deliver first-class, personalized consultations that create memorable shopping experiences
• Ensure smooth daily operations including visual merchandising, point-of-sale transactions, and inventory management
• Collaborate closely with your team to achieve shared goals and contribute to continuous improvement
• Participate in special events and customer activation initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Initial professional experience in retail, ideally within the premium or lifestyle segment
• A passion for hospitality with a positive attitude and strong service orientation
• Reliability and a genuine commitment to teamwork
• Excellent communication skills with a talent for storytelling
• Very good German language skills and good English proficiency
• Availability for a Werkstudent (working student) position
