About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential international manufacturing organization with operations across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Our talent team is seeking a Working Student to support PMO and Quality initiatives at their Regensburg, Bayern location.
This role offers hands-on experience in global project governance, reporting systems, and process improvement within a meaningful technical field. You'll work directly with project managers across multiple regions and contribute to leadership reporting and knowledge management systems.
Responsibilities
- Support the rollout and continuous improvement of global project governance standards and processes
- Collaborate with international project managers to track project progress, milestones, timelines, and risks
- Contribute to the development of management dashboards and reporting solutions in ServiceNow SPM
- Create reports, presentations, and communication materials for senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Help develop and maintain a global PMO knowledge base, template library, and project management standards
- Support PMO and Quality Management initiatives through research, analysis, and process improvement activities
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical thinking and interest in project management, reporting, and process improvement
- Confident user of Microsoft PowerPoint; experience with ServiceNow is an advantage
- Proactive, structured, and independent working style
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good communication skills in both German and English
