Safety Supervisor – Manufacturing

Clark Pacific seeks an experienced Safety Supervisor to lead environmental, health, and safety (EHS) initiatives across our manufacturing facility in Coolidge, Pinal County. This full-time role reports directly to plant management and serves as the critical link between executive leadership, operations, and frontline production teams in ensuring a culture of safety excellence.

The Opportunity

As Safety Supervisor at our Coolidge manufacturing facility, you'll take ownership of all EHS compliance, regulatory adherence, and continuous safety improvement. Working closely with plant superintendents, foremen, and production workers, you'll drive day-to-day safety oversight, investigate incidents, and implement programs that protect our workforce. This position offers the chance to make a tangible impact on workplace safety while supporting Clark Pacific's operational success and reputation in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee EHS compliance programs, ensuring adherence to OSHA and all applicable state and federal regulations
• Conduct routine facility inspections, hazard assessments, and safety audits
• Investigate workplace incidents, near-misses, and accidents; develop corrective and preventive actions
• Lead safety training programs and toolbox talks for all production levels
• Maintain comprehensive EHS documentation, records, and reporting systems
• Collaborate with plant management and department heads to establish and maintain safety policies
• Mentor foremen and supervisory staff on EHS best practices and regulatory requirements
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce workplace injuries and environmental risks

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in occupational safety, environmental science, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of professional EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial operations
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and occupational safety regulations
• Proven ability to develop and execute safety training and awareness programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels
• Proficiency with EHS management software and MS Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Valid driver's license
