Brady Services seeks an experienced Counter Sales Representative to join our Raleigh, Wake County team. In this full-time role, you'll be the front-line expert helping customers source, understand, and purchase HVAC equipment and solutions for their mission-critical operations.
About the Role
As a Counter Sales Representative at Brady Services, you're the customer-facing expert who connects clients with the right heating, cooling, and ventilation solutions. Working out of our Raleigh location, you'll manage daily customer interactions through both direct counter sales and phone inquiries, leveraging your product knowledge and problem-solving skills to close sales and build lasting relationships.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers at the sales counter and by phone, understanding their HVAC needs and recommending appropriate equipment and services
- Process orders accurately and efficiently for Trane and complementary products
- Maintain current knowledge of available HVAC systems, parts, and repair solutions
- Coordinate with service and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely fulfillment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers in central and eastern North Carolina
- Document customer interactions and sales transactions in company systems
- Support inventory management and product availability tracking
