What This Role Involves

You'll operate as a dedicated personal banker with the flexibility to connect with clients across multiple Foothills Orange County locations. Rather than working from a single desk, you'll travel throughout your six-branch territory, meeting clients where they bank and delivering the attentive service that builds lasting financial relationships.

What You'll Do

• Visit clients across six branch locations to assess financial situations and recommend appropriate solutions
• Open and manage personal checking, savings, and investment accounts
• Present WF's full range of banking products—from everyday accounts to wealth management services
• Guide clients through application processes and ensure smooth account activation
• Cultivate referral opportunities by delivering exceptional service and staying connected with your client network
• Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and account activities
• Uphold all regulatory standards and WF's commitment to ethical banking

Requirements

• Experience in personal banking, client relationship management, or financial services
• Excellent communication abilities—you explain financial concepts clearly to diverse clients
• Organizational skills to manage multiple client relationships and schedules across locations
• Solid understanding of banking products, accounts, and financial planning basics
• Comfort with banking technology platforms and standard business software
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for multi-location travel
• Dedication to compliance, accuracy, and client confidentiality
