About the Role
This full-time position runs Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday shifts as needed. You'll be part of a production team in our Rockmart facility, where we prioritize both quality operations and the well-being of our workforce.
What You'll Do
- Support daily production operations and facility maintenance
- Follow safety and quality protocols consistently
- Work collaboratively with your production team
- Complete assigned general labor tasks during first shift hours
What We're Looking For

- Commitment to following safety procedures and company guidelines
- Physical capability to perform general labor duties
What We Offer
- Competitive pay: $11.50 per hour, with opportunity to earn $14.50 per hour through perfect attendance
- Weekly pay for consistent cash flow
- Insurance benefits available after 60 days of employment

- Holiday pay for eligible holidays
- On-site health support: Nurse available on premises five days weekly and Nurse Practitioner available one day per week
