About the Role

As a Pediatric Super Pool RN at Medical City Dallas, you'll provide direct nursing care to children and adolescents across our pediatric units and care areas. In this flexible part-time role, you'll rotate through various pediatric departments based on patient census and departmental needs, bringing consistency and high-quality care to every shift.

What You'll Do

• Assess, monitor, and provide direct nursing interventions for pediatric patients
• Collaborate with physicians, ancillary staff, and families to coordinate patient care
• Administer medications, perform clinical procedures, and manage treatments as assigned
• Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with medical records standards
• Work collaboratively across pediatric departments to support the care team
• Adapt to changing unit assignments while maintaining clinical excellence and patient safety

What We're Looking For

• Current, active Registered Nurse license in Texas
• Experience working with pediatric patients or in pediatric settings
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, part-time staffing model
• Dedication to compassionate, patient-centered care
