What You'll Do
- Deliver nursing care and clinical interventions across our emergency department
- Participate in our rapid stroke response program, achieving response times nearly 50% faster than the national average
- Support early sepsis detection using SPOT Technology, enabling clinicians to identify critical cases faster than traditional assessment methods
- Help patients in our Enhanced Surgical Recovery program, which decreases opioid prescription needs and hospital readmissions after surgery
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a learning health system environment focused on continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
