About the Role

As an oncology nurse specializing in hematologic malignancies, you will provide compassionate, evidence‑based care to patients undergoing treatment for blood cancers. You’ll work within a multidisciplinary team that values clinical excellence, patient safety, and continuous learning.

What You'll Do

• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive therapies according to established protocols.
• Monitor patients for treatment‑related side effects and intervene promptly to maintain comfort and safety.
• Educate patients and families about disease processes, treatment plans, and self‑care strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and social workers to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing clinical education sessions.
• Utilize advanced monitoring technology and streamlined communication tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Help maintain a well‑stocked supply chain so that necessary medications and equipment are always available.

What We're Looking For

• Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Texas.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS or oncology‑specific certification preferred.
• Experience in oncology, hematology, or a related inpatient setting is advantageous.
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a patient‑centered approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while adhering to strict safety and documentation guidelines.
