RN – Full Time (Nights) – Mercy Hospital Watonga

About the Role

As an RN at Mercy Hospital Watonga, you'll apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care during our night operations. Working full-time on nights, you'll be a clinical leader on your unit—using sound judgment, professional accountability, and nursing expertise to improve outcomes for every patient you care for.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care using evidence-based nursing practice and the nursing process
• Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs and clinical changes, and respond appropriately to patient needs
• Maintain accurate, thorough documentation of patient care, observations, and clinical interventions
• Coordinate care with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and other departments to support continuity of care
• Advocate for patient rights, dignity, and confidentiality while ensuring HIPAA compliance
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care you provide and that delivered by other direct care team members
• Support safe, efficient nursing operations across your assigned patient units during night hours

What We're Looking For

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Oklahoma
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple patients and prioritize care effectively during night shifts
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to professional nursing standards and patient advocacy
• Reliability, adaptability, and a genuine passion for patient care
