About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician with Dominium, you'll be the hands-on problem-solver who ensures the Legends of Spring Lake Park community in Blaine stays safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. This is an on-site, full-time position ideal for a dependable tradesperson who takes pride in their work and enjoys serving a residential community directly.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete routine and emergency maintenance requests across apartment units and shared community spaces
- Diagnose and repair issues involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general carpentry
- Prepare vacant units for new residents through turnovers, repairs, and refreshes
- Conduct preventive maintenance and regular inspections to keep the property in top condition
- Support upkeep of grounds, common areas, and building systems
- Communicate professionally with residents and the property management team
Qualifications
- Practical experience in residential or property maintenance, or a related skilled trade
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair fundamentals
- Strong troubleshooting ability and attention to detail
- Reliable, self-directed, and able to manage and prioritize multiple work orders
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation as needed for the community
- Authorization to work on-site in Blaine, Anoka County
