Administrator in Training (AIT) Leadership Pathway to NHA

Supplied Talent is hiring an Administrator in Training (AIT) in Las Animas, Colorado, for a full-time, onsite position in our leadership development pathway leading to Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) licensure. This is a transformational opportunity to step into healthcare leadership and build a career managing long-term care operations.

About the Role

Are you ready to lead? As an Administrator in Training, you'll rotate through core departments of our nursing facility, learning every facet of healthcare administration under the mentorship of experienced leaders. You'll progress from observational learning to hands-on responsibility, developing the skills and knowledge required to manage a skilled nursing facility independently.

What You'll Do

• Shadow and assist leadership across nursing, dietary, maintenance, and administrative operations
• Master regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards governing long-term care
• Learn staff scheduling, budget management, and resource allocation
• Develop resident care oversight and quality improvement strategies
• Participate in leadership meetings, policy implementation, and operational planning
• Build relationships with clinical and administrative teams across all facility departments
• Complete the state-mandated 500-hour training program

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• Healthcare experience or clinical background strongly preferred
• Demonstrated leadership potential and eagerness to advance

• Ability to commit to full-time, onsite work in a 24/7 healthcare environment

Compensation & Program

Pay: $25/hour during the 500-hour training program. Upon completing the program and obtaining your NHA license, compensation rises to approximately $90,000 annually.

Schedule: Full-time, onsite. Housing is provided during your training period.
