Results Specialist

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential logistics organization seeking a Results Specialist to join their third-party labor operations team. This is a remote position based in the United States with specific shift requirements.

You'll work closely with vendor partners to coordinate temporary staffing, process invoices, and maintain detailed records across multiple systems. This role requires availability for either a 10 AM – 6 PM or 11 AM – 7 PM shift (EST) and every other weekend, with flexibility needed during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Collect and manage daily timesheets, ensuring vendors receive approvals for services rendered
• Staff temporary labor requests by matching appropriate vendor partners based on skill requirements, location, and budget constraints
• Coordinate large project rollouts through the third-party labor department, tracking project details, budget rates, and execution timelines
• Create and manage reports and graphs to support operational visibility
• Maintain Excel trackers for all labor demands and assist with invoice processing
• Support secondary vetting processes with outsourced recruiting partners as needed
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal management teams and external vendor partners

What We're Looking For

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Advanced Excel proficiency including pivot tables, v-lookup, x-lookup, formulas, data merging, and graph creation
• Ability to work across multiple platforms, trackers, and systems simultaneously
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to sudden schedule changes
• Team-oriented mindset with collaborative working style

Preferred:

• 1–3 years of experience in third-party staffing or relatable staffing coordination

The ideal candidate is an energetic multitasker comfortable with high-volume, fast-paced workflows and flexible enough to handle staffing surges during peak seasons.
