Reservation Manager (H)

Uhaul is hiring a Reservation Manager (H) in San Antonio, Texas. This is a full-time, on-site position for a detail-oriented professional ready to manage customer reservations and ensure smooth rental operations across our San Antonio location.

Position Summary

As Reservation Manager at Uhaul in San Antonio, you'll be the operational backbone of our reservation and customer service function. You'll oversee the booking system, manage staff scheduling, coordinate rental logistics, and maintain the standards that keep our San Antonio customers moving forward. This hands-on leadership role balances customer-facing service with back-office management, requiring both interpersonal skill and systems thinking.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Process, confirm, and modify customer reservations with accuracy and efficiency
• Oversee reservation staff, provide coaching, and ensure service standards are met
• Manage rental equipment inventory and coordinate vehicle availability
• Resolve customer concerns and handle reservation adjustments or disputes
• Monitor booking trends, track performance metrics, and report on operational KPIs
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to meet customer pickup and return windows
• Train new team members on reservation systems and customer service protocols

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing reservations, customer service operations, or rental/logistics coordination
• Demonstrated leadership ability with the capacity to motivate and coach a team
• Proficiency with reservation or property management software systems

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends or peak periods
