This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established operation supporting dental benefits and claims inquiries during their busy season.

As a remote customer service professional, you'll receive comprehensive virtual paid training from your home and help customers navigate their benefits questions with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls addressing customer inquiries in a consistently polite and professional manner
• Respond to basic eligibility and benefits questions from dental providers
• Forward specialized inquiries to appropriate teams for priority resolution
• Document each customer interaction and resolution in computer tracking systems
• Deliver on all customer requests and concerns with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced, sometimes hectic environment
• Multi-task across several computer applications while conversing with customers
• Adhere to assigned schedules with minimal supervision

What We're Looking For

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum one year of call center or equivalent customer service experience
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 90% accuracy
• Strong verbal communication skills—clear, caring, and professional
• Solid computer proficiency, including MS Office and web navigation
• Ability to retain information and meet performance goals
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Reliable, flexible, and committed to quality work
• Must be able to attend 100% of classroom training program

Preferred:

• Dental care industry experience and knowledge
• Experience working in time-sensitive environments

Technical Requirements for Remote Work:

• Desktop or laptop with Windows 11 operating system (Mac, tablets, Chromebooks, and Android systems are NOT compatible)
• Minimum 8GB RAM and i3 4th generation processor or better
• Second computer monitor required
• USB headset with noise-canceling microphone (Jabra, Plantronics, or Logitech recommended—3.5mm and gaming headsets not approved)
• High-speed wired ethernet internet connection (no Wi-Fi, satellite, or hotspot)
• Upload speed of 25 Mbps minimum; download speed of 50 Mbps minimum
• Internet service provider must be highly stable with 1% or less packet loss and latency under 100ms
• Cell phone or tablet with Android 8.0+ or iOS 14+ for multi-factor authentication application
