Remote Project Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential professional services organization in their search for a Remote Project Manager based in the United States. Our client is a globally distributed team that provides critical operational support to companies worldwide. This role is central to ensuring seamless project delivery, cross-functional coordination, and operational excellence across multiple client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, team capacity, and task prioritization across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Serve as the central point of contact between internal teams and clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely execution of all project components
• Track progress through project management platforms such as Asana, Trello, or ClickUp
• Identify potential risks or bottlenecks early in project cycles and implement effective mitigation plans
• Prepare comprehensive status reports and lead project-related meetings with stakeholders
• Improve and document internal processes to create repeatable, scalable workflows
• Assist with onboarding new team members and standardizing team operations

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or operations management
• Proven track record working in remote environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Slides, Drive)
• Hands-on experience with project management tools including Asana, Trello, or ClickUp
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced settings
• Experience managing and coordinating cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with CRM systems and client reporting tools
• Background in professional services, staffing, or agency environments
• Experience in operations, administrative support, or client success roles
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Communications, or related field
• Talent sourcing or recruitment experience
