We are representing a confidential organization in their search for an Entry-Level Accountant based in the Philippines. Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is partnering with this client to identify a detail-oriented accounting professional ready to support core finance operations in a remote environment.
This role offers the opportunity to develop foundational accounting skills while working with experienced finance professionals. You will handle day-to-day transactions, support reconciliation processes, and contribute to financial reporting in a structured, supportive setting.
Responsibilities
- Process invoices, post bills, and maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure data accuracy
- Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, income statements, and balance sheets
- Enter financial data into accounting systems with high accuracy and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Assist with internal audits, expense tracking, and basic data analysis tasks
- Support month-end closing procedures under the guidance of senior finance staff
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- High attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and reliability
