Remote Phone and Chat Sales Representative (Latin America ONLY)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential client in the business services sector who is building a high-performing remote sales team across Latin America. This is a 100% work-from-home position offering hourly pay plus uncapped commissions and bonuses.

Our client works with premium brands to build revenue-generating teams and systems. They maintain very high service standards and are seeking motivated sales professionals who thrive in performance-driven environments.

This role is open exclusively to candidates located in Latin America, with strong preference for Venezuela-based applicants.

Responsibilities

• Qualify prospects through phone outreach, cold calling, and email communication
• Convert prospects into long-term client relationships through consultative selling
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle
• Answer customer questions regarding features, benefits, pricing, and availability
• Grow customer accounts through strategic upselling and relationship development
• Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and best practices
• Maintain organized tracking of all prospects and stages of the sales pipeline

What We're Looking For

• C1-C2 English proficiency with native or near-native pronunciation required
• Minimum 6 months proven experience in cold calling, phone sales, or customer service roles
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, preferably in phone-based sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation abilities
• Computer running Windows 8 or newer, or Mac OS 2015 or newer
• Full-time availability required
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with ability to work independently
• Persistent approach to overcoming objections and closing deals
• Creative, organized, and collaborative mindset
• Positive attitude and genuine people skills

Pay

This position offers hourly compensation plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses. Total monthly earnings typically range from $800-$1,500 USD during the first 1-4 months, increasing to $1,600-$2,500 USD monthly at advanced levels (5+ months). Top performers can earn significantly more, as there is no commission cap. Actual earnings depend on individual performance and sales results.
