We are representing a confidential technology organization seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead software engineering initiatives in India. Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is partnering with this client to find a strategic leader who can drive multiple projects to successful completion while maintaining alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will oversee the coordination and execution of software development programs from inception through delivery. Your core responsibilities include:

• Develop comprehensive project schedules and work plans, leading execution of tasks to achieve defined goals
• Manage stakeholder relationships and maintain transparent communication with internal teams, leadership, and external vendors
• Define project scope and objectives while determining and allocating resources effectively to meet targets
• Identify potential risks, develop contingency plans, and manage issues and changes throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure all deliverables adhere to quality standards and meet project requirements
• Measure project performance, track progress, and provide regular reporting on status and areas for improvement

What We're Looking For

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus. PMP certification preferred.

Experience: 5-7 years in project management with a focus on software development projects.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies including Agile and Scrum
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Trello
• Deep understanding of program management principles and best practices

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking capability
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and perform effectively under pressure
• Proven track record of creative problem-solving in complex technical environments
