Remote Full-Stack Django/React Developer (Non-US/Non-EU Position) – FULLY REMOTE

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential software organization seeking a Remote Full-Stack Django/React Developer. This is a fully remote position based in Turkey. We are looking for developers who want to contribute to meaningful product development in a lean startup environment.

Please note: This position is open to candidates based in Turkey. Applicants from the United States or European Union cannot be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead development by building, testing, and deploying new features for web applications
• Maintain and enhance existing features to improve performance and user experience
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python and React
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues with timely resolutions
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of recent Django or Django React Framework experience
• Proven experience designing, coding, testing, and debugging software
• Solid understanding of software development principles, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
• Hands-on experience designing and building customer-facing applications
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong logical reasoning
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
• Effective communication skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field is advantageous; equivalent practical experience also considered

Assessment: Applicants will be required to complete an online coding test covering Django, Python, React.js, and Javascript.
