Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential facilities services organization seeking a cleaning professional for residential container units across various construction sites in the Karlsruhe region.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and disinfecting WC, shower, office, break room, and changing room containers
• Maintaining sanitary facilities including toilets, urinals, sinks, showers, fixtures, and mirrors
• Replenishing consumable materials such as toilet paper, towels, and soap
• Floor cleaning tasks including vacuuming, damp mopping, and descaling
• Waste disposal and maintaining cleanliness standards
• Documenting cleaning services and reporting defects to site management via app
• Adhering to hygiene, safety, and environmental standards

What We're Looking For

• Experience in maintenance or sanitary cleaning is advantageous, but career changers are welcome
• Basic German language skills for reading cleaning schedules and documentation
• Careful, reliable, and independent working style
• Physical resilience and ability to work as part of a team
• Class B driver's license required for traveling between sites
• Availability for up to 140 hours per month with flexible scheduling options
• Willingness to work weekends as needed by arrangement
