About the Role

As a Registered Nurse or Graduate Nurse on this cardiac medical intermediate unit, you'll play a vital role in patient recovery and health management. This part-time position offers flexibility while allowing you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families every shift you work.

What You'll Do

• Deliver direct patient care using evidence-based nursing practice and the nursing process
• Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and respond to changing health needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for assigned patients
• Collaborate with physicians, clinical specialists, and other departments to coordinate comprehensive care
• Advocate for patient rights while maintaining strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• Document care accurately and communicate patient status to the healthcare team
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided and support continuous improvement
• Educate patients and families about their conditions and treatment plans

What We're Looking For

• Current RN licensure or graduate nurse status in the state
