St. John Rehabilitation Hospital, an affiliate of Encompass Health, is hiring a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team in Beggs, Okmulgee County. About the Role

As an LPN at our 60-bed rehabilitation facility, you'll provide essential bedside nursing care to patients recovering from orthopedic surgery, neurological events, and other conditions requiring skilled rehabilitation services. This part-time position offers flexibility while allowing you to make a measurable difference in patients' recovery journeys.

What You'll Do

• Administer medications and treatments under physician direction and RN supervision
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and personal hygiene
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records and care documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Support patient comfort and dignity throughout the rehabilitation process
• Follow established protocols to ensure safe, quality patient care

What We're Looking For

• Current, valid LPN/LVN license in Oklahoma
• Experience in patient care or willingness to learn rehabilitation nursing practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
• Compassion for patients and commitment to excellent care
• Physical ability to meet the demands of bedside nursing
