About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential telehealth organization seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide remote mental health services. This is a fee-for-service W2 position serving clients across a diverse range of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and related disorders. Clinicians work primarily with adults and adolescents ages 14 and up through a fully remote telemedicine model.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations of clients via ongoing telemedicine sessions
• Prescribe medication to reduce mental health symptoms as clinically appropriate
• Create and collaborate with clients on individualized care plans
• Complete required paperwork and administer appropriate assessment tools
• Adhere to established clinical practice guidelines and treatment standards
• Consult with clinical leadership on client care, programs, and services
• Complete in-house training on ADHD treatment standards and certification exam
• Treat clients presenting with ADHD as part of normal caseload (no quotas required)

What We're Looking For

• Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner license with board certification required
• Master's degree in Nursing with current prescriptive authority in your state of residence
• Minimum 1 year of psychiatry practice experience required
• Three years of total clinical experience preferred
• Must be licensed and residing in the state where you will practice
• Willingness to treat clients ages 14 and older
• Experience with AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a plus
• Ability to work 25-35 clinical hours per week in a telemedicine setting
