Recruiter Associate at Retail Insights

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media and events organization seeking a Recruiter Associate to join their London office. In this role, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle and work closely with senior leadership to build talent acquisition strategies.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing all aspects of the recruitment process, including role profiling, candidate sourcing, CV screening, assessment planning, creating interview scripts, and conducting interviews
• Building a strong employer brand and attracting top talent through creative sourcing strategies
• Developing and automating recruiting processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience
• Enhancing the onboarding process in collaboration with management

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree with outstanding academic results
• UK work permit
• Genuine passion for working with and understanding people
• Comfort engaging with candidates ranging from students to executives
• Natural ability to build rapport and make people feel comfortable

While previous HR experience is beneficial, our client welcomes candidates from diverse backgrounds including marketing, sales, or other fields who demonstrate an innate desire to connect with people and continuously develop their skills.

This is an onsite position based in London, Monday to Friday. A flexible start date is available for the right candidate.
