About the Role
As a Real Estate Technology TRIRIGA/Nuvolo Senior Consultant at Deloitte, you will help clients modernize how they manage their real estate and facilities portfolios. Working within the Strategy & Transactions team, you will support transformational initiatives that span infrastructure and real estate, business design, cost optimization, and operational improvement, translating complex requirements into practical platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of IBM TRIRIGA and/or Nuvolo solutions for enterprise real estate and facilities clients.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to integrated workplace management system capabilities.
- Advise on real estate technology strategy as part of broader transformation and infrastructure engagements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Deloitte teams across valuation, restructuring, and business transformation workstreams.
- Guide clients through implementation, testing, and adoption while sharing knowledge with junior consultants.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience implementing or configuring IBM TRIRIGA, Nuvolo, or comparable IWMS platforms.
- A strong grasp of real estate, facilities, or workplace management processes.
- Proven consulting or advisory experience delivering technology solutions to enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients on-site in Tampa.
- A collaborative, problem-solving mindset suited to fast-moving transformation projects.
