About the Role

What You'll Do
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electric power equipment, engine systems, and related components at customer locations
- Perform installation, maintenance, repairs, and inspections following industry standards and company procedures
- Document service activities, technical findings, and customer interactions with precision
- Collaborate with customers to understand operational challenges and recommend practical solutions
- Travel to customer sites throughout the assigned region, including multiple states as needed
- Support warranty evaluations, warranty repairs, and product performance verification
- Maintain safe working conditions and follow all safety protocols on customer premises
What We're Looking For
- Military service background; SkillBridge-eligible candidates are encouraged to apply
- High school diploma or GED; technical training in diesel engines, electrical systems, or power generation is valued
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to work independently at customer locations and manage your time effectively
- Excellent communication skills for customer-facing interactions and technical reporting
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively across multiple states
