What You'll Do

• Cultivate and manage a portfolio of existing and prospective clients, building long-term relationships centered on financial goals and life events
• Identify client needs and connect them with appropriate Citi wealth solutions — including investment products, lending, and banking services
• Partner with internal specialists (investment consultants, mortgage advisors, trust officers) to deliver comprehensive, coordinated financial guidance
• Apply in-depth knowledge of wealth management principles to develop new approaches and continuously improve branch workflows
• Maintain full compliance with the SAFE Act, Citi policies, and all applicable regulatory standards
• Track and manage client activity, pipeline, and outcomes using internal CRM and reporting tools
• Contribute to the broader success of the Doral Commons branch by supporting a culture of client-first service and professional accountability

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in wealth relationship management, private banking, or a closely related financial services role
• In-depth understanding of how wealth, lending, and banking functions integrate at the branch level
• Familiarity with SAFE Act requirements and demonstrated ability to operate within a regulated banking environment
