What We're Looking For
- Current North Carolina real estate license
- Demonstrated success in investment real estate sales or comparable real estate experience
- Solid grasp of real estate finance, property valuation, and investment analysis fundamentals

- Familiarity with the Raleigh and Wake County investment real estate markets
