Therapist II – Residential

Great Circle is hiring a full-time Therapist II - Residential to join our Springfield, Greene County campus and deliver compassionate, trauma-informed care to the youth we serve.

About the Role

This newly created on-campus position is ideal for a dedicated clinician who finds meaning in supporting young people and thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. As a Therapist II - Residential in Springfield, Greene County, you will provide direct clinical counseling that helps clients heal and build resilience, with a particular emphasis on those who have experienced trauma.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical counseling services to clients, prioritizing care for individuals affected by trauma.
• Conduct individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions tailored to each client's needs.
• Offer crisis intervention and timely support to clients during periods of acute distress.
• Partner with the campus team to foster a safe, therapeutic atmosphere for the youth in our care.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for working with youth and supporting their emotional well-being.
• Clinical training and experience providing therapeutic counseling, ideally within a residential setting.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed approaches across individual, family, and group modalities.
• The ability to remain calm and effective when responding to crisis situations.
• Availability for this on-site, full-time role at the Springfield campus.
