What You'll Do
- Execute hands-on manufacturing operations on unreleased product prototypes
- Conduct in-process quality inspections and testing on new product designs
- Assemble and validate prototype components per engineering specifications
- Document all procedures, observations, and results for engineering review
- Partner with NPI and engineering teams to optimize manufacturing processes
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and flag potential manufacturing issues
- Follow all established standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
