About the Role

As a senior Building Enclosure Consultant IV at Bennett & Pless Inc, you'll manage comprehensive consulting projects from discovery through implementation. You'll apply advanced technical expertise to diagnose enclosure performance issues, develop solutions that address moisture management and durability, and guide clients through complex decision-making.

What You'll Do

• Lead building enclosure assessments and investigations to identify performance gaps and risk factors
• Develop and communicate technical solutions addressing thermal performance, air sealing, moisture control, and durability
• Advise architects, engineers, contractors, and property owners on enclosure design and remediation strategies
• Prepare technical specifications, detailed reports, and construction guidance documents
• Manage client relationships and project deliverables with professionalism and accountability
• Collaborate across disciplines to integrate enclosure expertise into broader project goals
• Research emerging building science practices and evolving code requirements
