About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital marketing agency specializing in e-commerce campaign execution. Our client works with over 150 online retailers across the DACH region, delivering high-impact email and CRM marketing that drives measurable revenue. They are seeking a career-changer ready to own the complete creative process—from concept to deployment—with results visible within 24 hours.

This is a full-time, 100% on-site role based in Düsseldorf. You'll design and deploy campaigns at high velocity, building complete visual worlds and copy in a single creative flow.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy campaigns in Figma at high frequency, owning the full creative cycle
• Build visual assets using stock imagery, AI-generated images through prompting, and compositing techniques
• Create both copy and design within a unified creative vision—full campaign ownership from ideation to send
• Iterate rapidly based on performance data and team feedback
• Leverage AI tools fluently as part of your daily workflow
