Quality Supervisor – Thomaston, GA 1st Shift

Ranews Companies is hiring a full-time Quality Supervisor to lead our quality assurance operations at our manufacturing facility in Thomaston, Upson County, Georgia. This 1st shift position offers an opportunity to oversee a skilled quality team and drive continuous improvement initiatives that ensure every product consistently meets our customers' exacting standards.

About the Role

As Quality Supervisor, you'll take direct responsibility for overseeing the final inspection processes that determine product quality and customer satisfaction. Leading a team of quality specialists, you'll implement strategies to monitor production outcomes, identify potential defects early, and collaborate with operations to maintain the highest standards of excellence in our paint manufacturing process. You'll be the driving force behind departmental initiatives that support continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of quality inspectors and technicians
• Oversee final inspection and testing procedures for paint products to verify quality standards
• Monitor quality metrics, trends, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities
• Investigate and implement corrective actions when quality concerns arise
• Work cross-functionally with production and operations teams to resolve issues
• Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
• Support continuous improvement efforts to optimize efficiency and reduce product waste
• Report on quality performance and provide recommendations to management
