About the Role

As a Host at our Cameron Park location, you're the cornerstone of the guest experience. You'll manage the flow of traffic through our dining room, coordinate seating arrangements, and work closely with our service team to keep operations running smoothly. Your energy and professionalism set the tone for every visit.

What You'll Do

• Greet and seat guests promptly while maintaining a warm, engaging demeanor
• Manage the host stand, including taking reservations and maintaining wait lists
• Answer phones, respond to guest inquiries, and provide accurate restaurant information
• Coordinate with managers and servers to optimize table flow and guest satisfaction
• Keep the entry area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
• Handle high-volume periods with efficiency and grace
• Respond to special requests and work to resolve guest concerns
