Psychiatry Account Manager – Lancaster, PA

Lundbeck is hiring a Psychiatry Account Manager to serve the Lancaster, Pennsylvania territory, based in Lime Rock within Lancaster County. This is a full-time position for an experienced biopharmaceutical sales professional ready to build and manage client relationships in a therapeutic area with significant patient impact.

About the Role

As a Psychiatry Account Manager for Lundbeck, you'll drive pharmaceutical sales and account development across the Lancaster, PA region, which extends to include Reading, Coatesville, Phoenixville, and surrounding areas within a 40-mile radius. You'll work directly with healthcare providers to understand their needs, communicate clinical value, and build lasting partnerships that support prescriber growth and patient outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for your assigned psychiatric medication territory
• Build and maintain relationships with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and healthcare systems in your region
• Present clinical data and product information to prescribers, emphasizing therapeutic benefits and differentiation
• Manage account territory effectively, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships
• Track sales activity, maintain accurate records, and report territory progress regularly
• Attend industry meetings, conferences, and continuing medical education events to strengthen provider connections
• Stay current with market trends, competitive landscape, and evolving clinical guidelines in psychiatry

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience in biopharmaceutical or medical device industries, with a track record of territory growth
• Strong knowledge of psychiatric medications, treatment paradigms, or relevant therapeutic areas
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to translate clinical science for diverse audiences
• Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with ability to work independently across a defined territory
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Lancaster County region and surrounding areas
• Residence or ability to relocate within 40 miles of the territory, with convenient access to a major airport
• Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
