Lundbeck is seeking a Multi-Specialty Account Manager to build and manage a dynamic sales territory across the San Francisco Bay Area. In this full-time, field-based role, you'll drive pharmaceutical sales across multiple therapeutic specialties while building lasting relationships with key healthcare providers in San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland, and surrounding markets.

About the Role

As a Multi-Specialty Account Manager, you'll own a geographic territory spanning from San Francisco to Morgan Hill and from Half Moon Bay to Antioch. This is a results-driven position where you'll combine consultative selling, clinical knowledge, and relationship-building to expand Lundbeck's market presence across diverse medical specialties.

What You'll Do

  • Call on physicians, clinic managers, and healthcare decision-makers across multiple medical specialties within your assigned territory
  • Present clinical data and product information to drive adoption and increase patient access to Lundbeck medicines
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key opinion leaders and practice leaders across the Bay Area
  • Track market intelligence, competitive activity, and customer feedback to inform territory strategy
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs while maintaining detailed account records and compliance documentation
  • Represent Lundbeck professionally at clinical conferences, continuing education events, and professional meetings
  • Provide ongoing support to healthcare providers regarding product information, patient programs, and access resources

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or medical device sales
  • Ability to sell across multiple therapeutic areas and adapt messaging to diverse healthcare audiences
  • Strong knowledge of the San Francisco Bay Area healthcare market, provider relationships, or existing territory familiarity preferred
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory
  • Current residence within 40 miles of the territory boundaries with reliable access to a major airport
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a field-based environment
