Psychiatry Account Manager – Omaha, NE

Lundbeck is hiring a Psychiatry Account Manager to lead sales growth in the Omaha, Nebraska territory from our South Bend, Cass County base. We're seeking an accomplished pharmaceutical sales professional who's passionate about advancing psychiatric care and building strong relationships with mental health providers.

About the Role

As a Psychiatry Account Manager at Lundbeck, you'll own and develop a defined psychiatric territory centered on Omaha and the Greater Omaha region. This position combines strategic account management, clinical education, and consultative selling to healthcare providers and mental health institutions focused on psychiatric treatment and patient care.

What You'll Do

• Manage a strategic psychiatric sales territory in the Omaha market, including Greater Omaha and surrounding areas
• Build and maintain professional relationships with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and mental health clinics
• Present clinical evidence and real-world outcomes to support adoption of psychiatric medications
• Develop territory strategies to expand market presence and drive product adoption
• Stay current with psychiatric treatment guidelines, clinical research, and evidence-based best practices
• Track and report on territory performance, sales pipeline, and key business metrics
• Represent Lundbeck with integrity and professionalism in all provider interactions

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical sales, ideally in psychiatry or neuroscience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals
• Ability to translate clinical data into meaningful, customer-focused conversations
• Results-oriented mindset with genuine accountability for territory growth
• Curiosity and adaptability as you navigate the evolving landscape of psychiatric care
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role across the Omaha territory
• Located within 40 miles of Omaha with reliable access to a major airport
