About the Role
Safety-Kleen is hiring dedicated Sales and Service Route Representatives to join our team serving the San Bernardino County region. This full-time position combines customer service excellence with hands-on industrial work, offering unlimited commission potential and a $5,000 sign-on incentive for candidates who meet qualifications upon hire.
What You'll Do
- Drive a Class B commercial box truck to reach customer facilities across the service territory
- Deliver on-site maintenance and service support for industrial parts washer machines and related equipment
- Retrieve spent and containerized materials from customer locations
- Handle and transport product containers weighing from 5 pounds to 800 pounds using hand carts, drum dollies, and pallet jacks
- Perform essential general labor duties to support route service operations
- Work 10-12 hour shifts to meet customer service schedules
What We're Looking For
- Class B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsement, or the ability to obtain certifications upon hire
- Physical strength and capability to safely handle containers and equipment throughout your shift
- Strong customer service orientation and professional communication skills
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistent performance
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
