Sales and Service Rep, Class B Route Driver *$5K sign on bonus

Safety-Kleen is hiring a Sales and Service Rep, Class B Route Driver in National City, San Diego County to deliver equipment maintenance and sales services across our regional customer base. This is a full-time position with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified Class B CDL drivers.

About the Role

You'll operate a company box truck to service industrial parts washing equipment at customer locations throughout the San Diego area. This is a dynamic, customer-facing role combining hands-on equipment maintenance, field service expertise, and sales support. Compensation includes uncapped commission on sales, rewarding your success in building customer relationships and growing accounts.

What You'll Do

• Drive a Class B commercial vehicle to scheduled customer service appointments
• Perform onsite maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial washing systems
• Handle physical service tasks including hose management, fluid extraction, and equipment servicing
• Collect payments, manage service documentation, and track customer interactions
• Identify upsell opportunities and support sales growth for assigned accounts
• Maintain equipment logs, mileage records, and service reports
• Work 10- to 12-hour days to meet customer service commitments

What We're Looking For

• Class B commercial driver license with Hazmat and Tanker endorsement (or ability to obtain within the hiring window)
• Physical capability to perform manual labor, lifting, and equipment handling
• Reliability and strong customer service skills
• Ability to work extended daily hours and meet route deadlines
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment systems
• Valid driver history and background clearance

Training & Development

Successful candidates participate in a two-week out-of-state academy to master Safety-Kleen systems, products, and service protocols. This comprehensive training prepares you to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and maximize sales performance.
