You'll be instrumental in bringing our Customer First value to life by ensuring every shopper feels welcomed, informed, and supported in their musical journey.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with instrument selection, rental inquiries, and purchase decisions
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Guide customers through instrument repair and service options
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and inventory
• Answer product questions and provide knowledgeable recommendations
• Build strong customer relationships through attentive, friendly service
