Projektmanager Großprojekte (m/w/d) – Wärmepumpen & Gebäudetechnik

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential greentech organization in Berlin that is seeking a Project Manager for large-scale heat pump and building systems projects. In this role, you will serve as the central operational interface between clients, installation teams, suppliers, and internal departments.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Managing complex heat pump projects independently from planning through final acceptance
• Serving as the daily point of contact for clients throughout project execution
• Planning and monitoring schedules, resources, and project milestones
• Coordinating installation partners, trades, and all operational workflows related to installation
• Preparing and supporting technical acceptance procedures and ensuring complete project documentation
• Identifying risks early, implementing countermeasures, and providing regular reporting to technical leadership

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• Completed degree in industrial engineering, building services engineering, civil engineering, energy technology, or comparable professional experience in technical project management
• Experience coordinating construction, HVAC, or energy projects
• Technical understanding of heat pumps, building systems, or related trades
• Confident use of project management and CRM systems
• Excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level)
• Structured thinking with the ability to maintain oversight of complex projects and set clear priorities
• Proactive problem-solving skills with early risk recognition and independent action
• Clear and precise communication with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders at all levels
• Customer-focused mindset with strong support throughout project lifecycles
• Full ownership of projects from planning to acceptance
• Team player mentality with strong collaborative skills
