Project Leadership – Biotech (clinical trials) -Respiratory – Home Based – (Future Needs)

Parexel seeks a Project Leadership professional to guide respiratory-focused clinical research initiatives within our Biotech Division. This Atlanta-based position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on projects that advance treatment options for patients in critical need.

About the Role

As part of Parexel's Global Project Leadership organization, you'll take a central role in advancing clinical trial programs. Your leadership will directly shape project outcomes, team performance, and client success. You'll contribute to driving clinical research forward while maintaining the highest standards of execution and quality that define our organization.

What You'll Do

• Direct operations and oversee day-to-day execution of clinical research projects with emphasis on respiratory focus areas
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate efforts toward measurable objectives
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Serve as primary stakeholder liaison between Parexel, clients, and external partners
• Monitor regulatory compliance and maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify risks proactively and implement solutions to keep initiatives on track

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in clinical trial project management or biotech project leadership
• Knowledge of clinical development regulations and industry compliance frameworks
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels
• Leadership experience with a track record of building and motivating effective teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field
