About the Role
As Site Manager for ECN Operating, you will guide the day-to-day running of a clinical research site within the Elite Clinical Network (ECN). Reporting to the assigned Regional Site Manager, you will own how ECN's processes are rolled out and upheld across the conduct of clinical trials, carrying full responsibility for both site personnel and operational performance at this Huntington Beach location.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the daily operations of the clinical trial site and answer for its overall performance.
- Implement, supervise, and sustain established ECN procedures throughout each study.
- Provide leadership, supervision, and accountability for all site staff and their activities.
- Partner closely with the Regional Site Manager to align site practices with network standards.
- Safeguard quality and consistency in how clinical trials are carried out on site.
Qualifications
- Proven experience overseeing operations within a clinical trial or clinical research setting.
- Strong people-leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a site team.
- Working knowledge of clinical trial conduct and standardized operating processes.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and accountability skills.
- Availability to work on-site full-time in Huntington Beach, Orange County (this position is not remote).
