About the Role

In our Corporate practice within Risk and Analytics, you'll take on a leadership position guiding clients through reserve adequacy assessments, funding analyses, and captive insurance strategy. This hands-on role combines technical depth with team leadership—you'll manage analytical work, oversee client engagement, and drive projects from scoping through successful delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Lead project teams through reserve studies, pricing and funding analyses, and captive consulting engagements for mid-market and large corporate clients
  • Manage data preparation, validation, and actuarial analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance with professional standards
  • Develop and present recommendations on reserve adequacy, pricing strategies, and risk financing structures
  • Serve as primary client contact, translating technical findings into business-focused insights and supporting strategic decision-making
  • Guide junior consultants and contribute to project quality, team development, and timely delivery
  • Monitor regulatory landscape and emerging best practices in P&C insurance and actuarial science

What We're Looking For

  • FSA, ASA, or equivalent actuarial credential (or demonstrated credentialing path)
  • 5+ years of professional experience in P&C actuarial consulting, reserving, or related analytics
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex, multi-faceted consulting projects
  • Strong command of reserve methodologies, pricing models, and captive insurance structures
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to business and non-actuarial audiences
  • Experience with actuarial software and statistical programming (SAS, R, Python, or equivalent)
