About the Role
As a Project Leader within Parexel's Biotech Division, you'll direct complex clinical trial projects from conception through completion. Your leadership directly influences project outcomes, team performance, and the delivery of results that matter to our sponsors and ultimately benefit patients worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Oversee end-to-end management of clinical trial projects in neurology, psychiatry, and rare disease therapeutic areas
- Lead cross-functional project teams, setting timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations with sponsors, sites, and internal partners
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to clinical trial protocols and quality standards
- Monitor project budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and team execution
What We're Looking For
- Proven project management experience in clinical trials or pharmaceutical development
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in clinical research (FDA, GCP, protocol compliance)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic biotech environment
