Service Technician III

ITW Food Equipment Group LLC is hiring a full-time Service Technician III in Jackson, Jackson County, to keep commercial kitchens running by maintaining and repairing the food equipment that food service and retail businesses depend on every day.

About the Role

As a Service Technician III with ITW Food Equipment Group LLC in Jackson, Jackson County, you will be the hands-on expert customers count on to install, diagnose, and restore commercial food equipment. This is an experienced, senior-level field service position suited to a technician who takes pride in solving complex mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration problems quickly and correctly.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial food equipment, including warewashing machines, ovens, ranges, broilers, and other cooking systems.
• Maintain and repair refrigeration units such as refrigerators, freezers, and prep tables, along with food processing equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and accurate diagnostics on-site at customer locations.
• Deliver dependable, professional service that minimizes downtime for food service and retail clients.
• Document service work and communicate clearly with customers about findings and recommended repairs.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience servicing and repairing commercial food, cooking, or refrigeration equipment at a senior (Level III) capacity.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills across a range of equipment types.
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage on-site repairs from diagnosis through resolution.
• Customer-focused communication and a commitment to safe, high-quality workmanship.
• Availability for full-time, on-site work in Jackson, Jackson County (this role is not remote).
