Project Engineer

Prime System Solutions is hiring a full-time Project Engineer to join our team in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. We're seeking a focused professional to oversee project execution, manage timelines, and ensure quality outcomes across technical initiatives.

Position Summary

As a Project Engineer at Prime System Solutions, you'll take ownership of assigned projects from conception through delivery. You'll coordinate between technical teams, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring milestones are achieved on schedule and resources are allocated efficiently. This is a hands-on role combining engineering expertise with project management discipline in Lahore.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor project phases to meet agreed delivery dates
• Track project costs, resource utilisation, and performance against budgets
• Document project specifications, progress reports, and lessons learned
• Liaise with engineering teams, vendors, and clients to resolve blockers
• Perform quality assurance checks to verify deliverables meet specifications
• Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and adapt plans as needed
• Maintain organised records and communicate status updates to leadership

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline
• Proven experience managing technical projects or equivalent practical background
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with engineering or systems-level project workflows is advantageous
