NCLEX Instructor – Albany, NY (On-Site)

Kaplan is seeking a Master's-prepared nurse instructor to teach NCLEX preparation courses on-site in Albany. This part-time position offers nursing professionals the opportunity to guide newly licensed nurses toward successful board exam outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Deliver engaging NCLEX preparation instruction to nursing graduates in classroom and group settings
• Teach content reviews, test-taking strategies, and exam-focused clinical reasoning
• Track student progress and adjust instruction to support individual learning needs
• Answer candidate questions about exam structure, timing, and content domains
• Maintain an encouraging learning environment that builds student confidence
• Collaborate with other instructors and Kaplan staff to refine curriculum delivery

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in nursing (MSN, MS, or equivalent)
• Current, active RN license in New York
• Strong clinical nursing background and NCLEX knowledge
• Excellent communication and teaching skills
• Ability to engage and motivate adult learners
• Availability for part-time teaching hours in the Albany location
