As a Professional Services Engineer, you will architect and deliver tailored solutions that solve real business problems for our clients. You'll manage implementation projects from initial assessment through deployment and optimization, serving as the trusted technical advisor who ensures clients achieve measurable results. Working remotely, you'll engage with diverse clients, translating their needs into robust technical strategies and supporting them every step of the way.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution implementations by conducting detailed discovery, designing custom architectures, and overseeing deployment
• Perform technical assessments to identify client requirements and recommend fit-for-purpose solutions
• Develop implementation timelines, resource plans, and detailed project documentation
• Train client teams and create knowledge transfer materials for ongoing success
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and resolve technical issues in production systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client handoffs and project closure
• Advise clients on configuration best practices and solution optimization
